In all fairness, I have found the opposite to what the majority seem to be saying. Signing up was a bit tedious but after that point - Ive loved it. Received a phone call very quick from the career support team who were very informative and nice and Im 6 weeks into training to become a trained professional in health and social care. So far so good. Will keep you posted but overall, loving it...
