I used to toss and turn every night waiting for sleep to come. My brain would not shut down, instead there was an endless string of chatter about what needed to be done the next day. I used to thin this was good so that I would have my mental list made and I'd be ready to go. The opposite happened, I couldn't remember, felt tired and stressed.
With any Meditation music, I began to meditate before getting into bed. My brain gets into such a deep relaxed state that I fall asleep almost as soon as my head touches my pillow. I always awaken refreshed and ready for the day.
