I ordered from Wanelo (using their app) several times in 2017 and late 2018 and although shipping took several weeks, almost everything I ordered was very good quality. I'm not sure why but more than a year went by but I decided to browse the Wanelo app and saw quite a few items I wanted. So on 7/1/2020 I placed an order for an item that was about $75. Then 2 weeks later, I saw 3 items I wanted and placed those 3 orders. I understand the shipping lag due to Covid but orders from other largely asian sites were back to their normal shipping time which was about 4 weeks so I made the mistake of assuming wanelo was close to its normal shipping time, which in the past was about 3 weeks. However, every single time I checked all 4 orders, it said "processing", which in the past, was something that was only there for the first few days after placing an order. The beginning of August came... no change... and August was over and yet, all 4 orders still said "processing". Now they have "canceled" all 4 orders but no refund yet... hm...
