I received the email notifying me that my order was processed and my credit card was charged, but I never got a tracking number nor did my leggings arrive! The only option for contacting the company is via email, and the canned response is not only not helpful, it is blatantly erroneous. No one contacted me within 24 hours, it's been more than two weeks since I ordered with no additional information available. I'm contacting my bank to have the charges reversed and am contacting the Better Business Bureau as well as Consumer Report to file complaints. DO NOT ORDER FROM LOTUS LEGGINGS!
