Appliances online "promises good customers service" in their website so I called their customers service representative and they agreed to do a good price deal on a fridge I was interested in provided I agreed to pay over phone and place the order right away. And said the fridge also has a 50$ cash-back offer as mentioned in their website which I can avail once purchase over phone is done. I agreed to the Appliances online customers representative and placed the order at once over the phone.
After purchase when I tried to avail my cash back promo on fridge. Appliances online customers service first blatantly denied in written of running any cash back promo on the product. Now Appliances online customers service stating "50$ was deducted from my order"! Maybe Appliances online by cash back promo means they can deduct cash back from customers order in advance!
Potential customers please beware of Appliances online dodgy scam on customers. When Appliances online says they will give a good deal customers should think twice. They promise price beat, deals, cash back promos and good customers service but will not shy away to make hole in customers pocket! They don't honour promises made to customers not even what is in print.
Moreover Appliances online doesn't have a proper customers grievance redressal mechanism. Appliances online has no time bound dispute resolution mechanisms. All this will make customers run from post to pillar and keep customers waiting for a response from appliances online.
