Merchandise is what can be expected for 'fake' jewelry... not bad... But trying to return a piece watch out. I e-mailed... as stated was the procedure... I called... was told I would be getting a return authorization... They NEGLECTED to tell me the authorization would be coming from UPS... I was looking for ChicMarket... I called again, said I didn't get it and they said it would be there this week... again I thought implying it was coming from ChicMarket... Just called again now... since I waited past the deadline they said it was too late. Bad communication as far as I am concerned.
