I bought one of these $45 warmers from an old coworker, as I've never owned one, and they look so pretty in a room. The first day or so the lavender scent enveloped my office nicely. Then after that, no fragrance. I assumed my nose had gotten used to it. Then I changed jobs and unpacked the warmer and plugged it back in. Nothing. The wax took nearly an hour to melt. And no scent. And the leftover cubes in the packet were all greasy and had 'bubbled'. Very poor quality. Older wax cubes I have (from yankee candle) did not bubble or erode like this during storage. This is a way overpriced cheap product for the money I spent.

The other low raters are correct. The have no customer support if you encounter a problem (and you will), even a simple password reset. It's like the entire Weebly team has abandoned ship. I received email notification that my supposed website account was being automatically renewed, so I tried logging in to cancel it, and my password wasn't working. I requested a reset and no response. So, I requested again, and nothing. Their Support or Contact Us page is useless. Just a drop-list of FAQ. No way to email them directly.

Before 2018 they were the hottest gaming site. Then they changed management and location but did not upgrade their platform to accommodate the newer Windows 10. HO games no longer downloaded or played right, locking my PC. No actual tech support. Just runaround emails suggesting what you already "know". THE GAME DOESN'T WORK. With a lame game credit good for 5 whole days. I uninstalled.

Years back they were rock solid providing easy troubleshooting that took maybe 20 or 30 minutes. Now----you get all outsourced agents and so-called Techs that up to an hour of 'diagnosing' before giving you a ridiculous ticket number, and make promises to call you back, then don't. YOU are left chasing THEM down and horrible wait times, IF their idiot autosystem doesn't disconnect you or tell you to try again later, "heavy call volume " bs.

I subscribed in 2019, as I couldn't find another online customizable cosmetic service. Ipsy responded with an email order confirmation and a promise that I would receive 4-6 products each month, based on my color preferences. Well, what I received in the first 2 shipments they sent me were cheap. 05 - 1oz. SAMPLE sizes. Not the full-sized products they had advertised on social media. Also, my sample lipstick was Red, when I had specified Brown on my profile. And the marketing emails designed to entice you to purchase future makeup collections for the alleged $12, are click-bait that open to individually priced products costing over $30.

I recently tried signing back up after a lengthy hiatus to discover several HO games I tried to download for free trial play weren't. "Game not responding" was I all received. The Support page provided links to the windows 10 compatible games and the incompatible windows 10 games. 2 HO games I wanted to play were not listed on either page. Okay, someone has been asleep at the wheel or they just don't keep their site updated.
