What I ordered and what was delivered (on left). There was no artistry in the arrangement is was messily thrown together and was nothing like the pic. Their disclaimer is that it's not meant to look like the pic? Email also attached. Why would I order something that's not meant to look like the pic. I understand there would be some variation but this is simply a rip off. There is no customer service, no quality control and no care. Please read other reviews prior to purchase. There is even a " I hate bloomex" Facebook page with 2000 members! I don't know how they continue to operate.
