So far I am not very happy with this service provided. My original purchase was for 6 pages that have cost me about $121. I have now been told by the writer, due to the word count for my assignment I should of actually ordered 17 which will cost me a further $200+. Do you not think this is very overpriced? No student could afford that let alone someone who has a minimum wage job. Your live chat staff have been very. Blunt. And not helpful at all.

I'm now stuck as I need to had in my assignment by the 25th of this month and I am most likely going to fail. I asked if there was any way of paying for half the cost now and the rest on the 24th and was told no, I think your costs should be cheaper and you should offer a discount $300 is far too much. That's a weeks pay for some people! I am hoping they resolve this matter, I hate leaving things on a bad note and have worked in customer service myself and know what it's like.

Update! I reached out to the company and they have rudely ignored my email, terrible customer service from a representative of the company.

I have now been notified that the writer cannot finish the assignment this is not acceptable and I will be reporting this company if I do not get this resolved.
