Foreign customer service agent that make you constantly repeat what you're calling for! Twice their stupid voice recognition system "Anna" that understands full sentences has cancelled my order and then the item is no longer available when I go to reorder it!

When you call for a quote they won't give you one without you first giving them all of your information. They hang up on you when if you don't want to answer all of their questions. I called back and asked for a supervisor and was left on hold for an exorbitant time. We basically played the same game again before she told me she was putting me on hold and hung up.

I'm fully aware of the membership requirements as I subscribe to the other Fab stores as well. Why they can't combine them all, I don't know. I called to cancel my membership and was on the phone for 22 minutes between being left on hold and having to answer a series of questions and hear all about why I shouldn't cancel my membership. RIDICULOUS!
