They do bait and switch. I ordered a wig because of ovarian cancer and chemo therapy because I lost my hair and they knew that and sent a clown wig all curls it was just horrific and they didn't care! I was so hurt! The website and all they say is lies they are thieves! Stay away! They will hurt you they don't care at all it's money, money and more money! Never again!
