While I have made a few bucks in my spare time doing these surveys, I find all too often, even when you finish one, there's a "glitch" and your survey doesn't go thru and you don't get paid (the literal pennies you're owed for your valuable time)... when this happens, and if you've complained about it too often, they cut you off from direct support and give a lame "not our problem" type of excuse not to pay you. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
