We hope you are doing well.
We would like to inform you that the Date Change or Cancellation penalty fees are decided by the Airlines' and are solely at their discretion. When we receive a request from our customer, we contact the Airlines asking if there is a possibility of the change requested by the customer and if it is, what charges will it incur and inform the same to the customer.
We understand that sometimes, the penalty is a little higher but as mentioned, those are decided by the Airlines and needs to be followed.
However, I have forwarded the query to the Escalations Desk who have worked on it. Please check your mail and reply accordingly.
