I wanted to get some citrus trees. Some of your options, when clicked on, said they could not be shipped to my state. Other options did not have that restriction on them. After looking at all of the options and making my decisions, I tried to pay for my order. At that point the alternate citrus trees were also saying they could not get shipped to my state. That was VERY frustrating! I was unable to get anything I originally planed on. I felt deceived and that my time was wasted.

There were flaws in my item that were both listed descriptively and pictured. I felt satisfied that I had enough information to bid and win. It was slower delivery than I expected it to be, but my purchase was made during the holidays, when everything arrives late. I would rate this one experience an A..
