I ordered booties and they sent me a knock-off purse! I wanted these booties SOOO badly and was so sad to see this purse! By the way, the irony is that they do not even sell purses on their website, so that tells you something right there!
I have emailed and "Sara" which is clearly not in the UK at all, rather China, or who knows where, based on the grammar she uses, and all she says is she is sorry and will refund me 20 Euro. I said please just answer my question about whether or not you have the booties I ordered actually in stock as the website STILL shows that they do have them in multiple sizes, and she WILL NOT answer this question! I have begged her to just be honest with me and have respect for her customers, but all she does is keep saying she will refund me 20 Euros and no more. I paid alot more than that an want my money back! She has literally STOLEN my money and do not ever believe anything that they say on their website or what it says they have to sell you. BIGGEST SCAM EVER and SO DISHONEST! This website should be SHUT DOWN!
