Terrible customer service. I bought a product through Half-Off depot that was fulfilled by epacificmall.com
Purchased from Half-Off Depot on 8/14/2013 Order # *******
The product was defective and broke after 1 use. I emailed Half-off and they told me I needed to contact the product provider - epacificmall.com
I have emailed them 5 times and tried to contact them via their website 3 times. I got one response asking for the pictures I had already sent them showing the defect. I sent it once again with no response. It has been a month and they have failed to respond or take action with a replacement product or a refund, or even any acknowledgement.
I re-contacted Half-off depot 4 times, and they keep pointing me back to epacificmall. I feel they need to stand up to their vendors if they are not taking care of their customers since I'm sure my money was passed on, so they should at least be able to give me a refund.
Very disappointed in both websites. I do a lot of online shopping and use the daily deals frequently. I will not be using nor referring friends to either website in the future. DO NOT USE THESE WEBSITES!
