I was a Cablevision customer for over 20 years. Recently, I had major issues with them and not only did they not listen to me, they manipulated and lied to me. After months of dealing with a couple of things recently, I couldn't take it anymore and cut the service. Even though I had paid in full, I was still getting billed and even wrote a letter to the company. I'm still waiting to be done with this nightmare. Buyer beware!
