I ordered a pirate coat in medium. When I got it the tag said medium but the size said XS. I had to return it. In order to get a 100% refund, you have to excange it. If you only want a refund they knock it down to 80%. I have had to pay shipping 3 times: original order, returning order, and reordering. I won't make that mistake again. Plus, the coat was made cheaply.
