EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I understand the cautions in place to prevent the spread of COVID19 but that does NOT excuse poor customer service. I won't tolerate a child telling me "NOW!"... so why would I ever except it from a clerk in the middle of the night.
One of the clerks approached me in the 7-11 store at approx 2 am on 4/17/2020. She told me I was required to put on a mask, I agreed and told her I had one in my purse. She followed me to the front and as I was going in my bag to get my mask she told me to "Put it on NOW!". She proceeded to tell me that it made no sense for me to put it on after I walked through the store. I understand that she was coming from a perspective of safety and fear but I still will not accept a clerk arguing with me in the middle of the store nor commanding me to do anything.
7-11 you might want to explain to your employees that a purchase (on any day even during this pandemic) is a voluntary exchange between two people and you cannot talk to customers any way you like. Maybe its a neighborhood thing but either way... It's simply unacceptable to me.
Maybe you should post someone at the door as a reminder because this lady just cost you a customer and the several reviews I'm about to write.
