Like other commenters have noted, these people are scam artists. They do not actually send their products and instead send you false Tracking info claiming the package has been delivered. When confronted with this they give the same nonsensical response ad infinitum. They barely speak English and seem not at all able to give any sort of customer support. Terrible, terrible business that stole 60$ worth of my money.
