The futon cover I ordered is not only beautiful, it's beautifully made. Delivery was much faster than I had expected, but the icing on the cake was the phone call, prior to shipment to review the order. I have never experienced such stellar customer service from any company I have used. Not only was the gentleman extremely thorough in going over every detail of my order, he was genuinely the most pleasant person I've spoken to from a vendor... ever. Recommending Futonland to one and all!
