Please be noted the shipping method you chose for this order was EconomyExpress. It usually takes 4-6 business days (5-9 calendar days) for the package to arrive. So your package was not delayed when it was shipped out on July 6th and delivered on July 14th. Hope you understand it.

As for your case, we are delighted to help you return the product for a refund. But currently, the orders need to be returned to our return warehouse in China.
