“Nothing but excuses and lies”

I ordered over 9000 euros worth of wood from this company in March. They pressured me to pay in full because of canadian dollar rate fluctuations, and I did so. So far I have received absolutely no wood, lots of excuses, and even the exact same excuse, cut and pasted no doubt, used twice two weeks apart - so his memory is not even that good. I would not touch this company again, and now have to spend more time and expense recovering my money.
