“If I could give minus stars I would”

This business is yet another division of Yapstone.
Stay away at all costs.
I filed complaints with the AG offices of Georgia, California, Arizona, the SEC, the BBB, and a few other places I can't recall at the moment.
Yesterday they finally released the rent payment they were holding for ten weeks. Their reasoning that was ublished was they could not validate that I was landlord.
Ten weeks of holding the rent and deposit.
Ten weeks of not managing to get the sent in documents to their "underwriters"
This caused real damage.
I'd not even feel secure in sharing my personal information with this company.
Avoid. Just avoid.

Tip for consumers:
Rentals.com is okay, so is the tenant screening division. AVOID the RentPay or PayRent division entirely.

Products used:
I used the rentals.com and tenant screening service successfully. The PayRent division attached to the website landing page was the huge problem.
