There is a film on both lenses that makes it very tiring. Also they smudge instantly, I am constantly having to clean them.

I will never buy from them again. The glasses didn't work, the distance part was blurry, but they won't give a refund, just store credit, and they don't refund the shipping. I don't really want to buy from them again, but I'm forced to.

Thank you for posting this review, which gives us an opportunity to address this issue and to clarify our return policy.
Our policy states that when glasses are returned to us for reasons other than a manufacturing error, a customer may accept one of two return options – 50% of the cost of the glasses, excluding the shipping fee, refunded to their credit card, or 100% store credit, which also excludes the shipping fee, which will be credited to their Zenni account and can be used to purchase anything on the Zenni website. However, if you suspect that your glasses were manufactured incorrectly, we will ask you to provide a copy of your prescription and pupillary distance (PD) for verification and after we have confirmed that they were entered on the order correctly, you may return the glasses to Zenni to be inspected. If our inspection confirms that the glasses were manufactured out of tolerance of your prescription, we will remake the glasses for you at no additional cost or you may request a full refund in lieu of a remake. However, if the inspection results show that the glasses were manufactured correctly, the normal return options mentioned previously will apply.
We are sorry that you experienced blurred vision while wearing your glasses. They have recently changed their returns and refunds system. They now charge a 15% restocking fee, have a 15 day limit from when you receive the item, a 10 limit for when they receive it back - in other words, so many rules and limitations that I cannot buy from them anymore. I have MS and am limited to purchasing mostly online. That means I won't know whether an item of clothing will fit or a gadget etc will work for me until I receive and try it. I used to love their Customer Service and they always used to refund me 100% when I would send something back. I will have to go back to using Amazon because they have always been very good about returns and refunds. I can no longer recommend Tanga either. I have been a loyal customer for many years, but that doesn't seem to matter to them.
