Zero customer service. WSJwine sends emails promising "free bonus" bottles with your next shipment, but they never arrive even though they charged the credit card in full. Deliveries are constantly delayed. Updates to your wine preferences are ignored and there are no managers available to assist with customer service issues. Emails to customer service are ignored. Terrible "subscription service".

I signed up for this service almost a year ago. The first two deliveries were good. The next deliveries took almost 4 weeks to be delivered and my credit card was charged before the wine even left their warehouse. I had to call customer service numerous times. The final straw was an email from WSJwine promising an additional 3 bottles ($50 value) with my next delivery. The case of wine came very late and the "free bonus" bottles were not included, and my credit card was charged in full. I contacted customer service again who promised to send the missing "free bonus" bottles at no extra charge. Nothing has arrived to date, no email follow up, no manager is ever available to assist on the phone, and emails to customer service are ignored,

I was shopping for a Thinkpad leather carrying case. The IBM product # is 43R2480 which specifies the Thinkpad logo and a 15.4" case. The IBM product number is the exactly what was posted on the Memory4Less website to lure you in. They also use the exact IBM 43R2480 picture of the Thinkpad leather carrying case that IBM sells with the Thinkpad logo. The website does NOT explain that the item advertised is used. What I received was a 17.5" beaten up used leather bag with the brand name of Targus. Buyer beware - complete false advertising!
