Absolute scammers! I also have the same issue as the other people on here. They are bot getting back to me after numerous attempts to cancel, the first within the "free" first week. Kept getting repeated messages saying they would contact within 24 hours but no response. Have now sent many numerous emails and nothing back! Do not sign up to BetterMe. I just want to cancel the subscription please!
