I had my account canceled without proper notice because I moved in Quebec. I lost all my rewards money and the extra money I paid for my statement (not knowing that I could not use my credit card) were not received even if I called numerous times. If you call the customer service you will wait forever to talk with someone, and when you talk they will put you on hold till you will lose your temper or just disconnect yourself. When I made a complaint at BBB they called few times but not to try to fix their mistake. They just tried to convince me that their policy is always right not caring of the good of the customer.
