There was a booking error, but when I asked them for help there was absolutely 0,0 collaboration from their side. Nothing. I proposed like 5 solutions to get rid of the problem with fair conditions for everyone and they just kept sticking to their absolutely not realistic terms and conditions for cancellations. How am I supposed to cancel 60 days before the contract if the universities send you the confirmation/acceptance letters like 1 week before the classes start? This is a very well-known procedure in bigger student-cities and there can be many inconvenients. Uniplaces is not willing to help their clients AT ALL and only covers the landlord's side. That's not fair and I have no idea how they can charge 150€ service fee for this miserable service and suppose that it doesn't matter for STUDENTS to lose almost 500€ at a time. There's people who have to work a long time to earn that amount of money!
