I would avoid this company completely and use another handyman service. I hired a handyman from this service and it was awful. He showed up late, did a crappy job, and was oh his phone a lot of the time. I contacted customer service at TaskRabbit and they are just awful and useless. They offered no real solution and didn't even offer a discount on the crappy job.
