I ordered online with a prepaid card, but the website gave me an error. So I tried it twice more---still getting errors. However, when I went to My Account, it showed 3 orders out there. There is no option to cancel any orders. There is no phone number to contact anyone. There is only a way to contact by email and I still have not heard back from anyone. Thank God it was only a prepaid card with just a bit more on it than my purchase or they would probably charge me for 3 bags. And I don't know if I"ll even get one bag. I'm calling the prepaid card to make sure no charge from this company goes through.
