I called their so-called Customer Service line about an order I received. I explained the situation with the order and the general manager, David, blamed me for not knowing industry standards. I am not a textile expert, just an everyday consumer placing an online order for some fabric. There was NO offer of a remedy to fix the bind they put me in, nor any genuine concern for the issue. However, there was mention of a restocking fee and a very adversarial and indifferent demeanor from the guy who evidently runs the place. I have a lot of options when ordering fabric and I will NEVER place another order with this company again... and I have a LOT, I mean A LOT, more fabric that I need to order!

Tip for consumers: Find another site to order from.
