I ordered pizza from 4223 Beulah Rd. N Chesterfield, VA Friday evening. I waited 15 minutes.
Went insdie to cancel order. While inside, I noticed that there was guy dropping cheese on top of pizza WITHOUT GLOVES. Will not be going back there!

I had someone from Home Advisor to call me this morning (10/13). Was telling the e customer service rep (female) that I was no longer interested and already had the job done. She hung up before I could finish. Very rude. If I had to recommend based on their service, I would not but I was pleased with the company that came out.

I'm have a complaint against the LabCorp located at Pocoshock. I had just had heart surgery on 11/10/2019, so you can imagine how difficult it was for me to go out on 11/29 out just to have lab work done. When my son and I arrive around 3:30, we realized we had forgotten the paperwork. He advised them that we didn't live far and would come back. He was told that we should go to another LabCorp. One said they closed at 5:00 and the other young lady said they closed at 4:30. Now who is the liar? We did go back and return to LabCorp at 4:15 and they had locked their doors. It's a wooden door in an older building so you could not see inside. After all that, we rode to the LabCorp in the Boulders and was told that they should not have closed earlier. Long story short, I have tried several times to contact corporate and no one has called to respond to this issue. Keep leaving messages and no response. I finally reached someone in NC and was told that he would check into it. On December 10 (I believe), a local representative from LabCorp called to say that NC was handling this and that someone would contact me via phone or mail. Today is January 20 and I still have not received any response. If your upper management does not respond to your guest, no wonder you have such poor ratings and reviews for this location. I would highly advise you not to go to this location and I am so very disappointed at the lack of concern shown by their corporate office, wherever they are located.
