If I could give zero star I would. This is the worst company we have ever dealt with. When you buy a home warranty you thought you bought a peace of mind. Wrong! We are over a month without air conditioning at over 90 degree temperature and on some days it was over 100 degrees in Tennessee. When we bought the warranty my husband specifically asked to buy the highest coverage package. We paid the premium level package (at the time that was the highest package we were told by their rep). Two of our AC broke down right at the beginning of the heat wave. We had multiple AC technicians coming out to evaluate them. All said we need to replace the condensers and furnace, i. E. the complete system replacement. 2-10 rep Omar tried every which way to delay the appointments and response knowing we are enduring unbearable heat. Then after he already authorized full system replacement in writing he backtracked to refuse to replace the furnace which is at the end of life. He also told us the warranty only covers one unit and if we wanted to cover more than one unit there is another higher level package we should have gotten (which their previous rep clearly misled us to believe everything was covered by the more expensive coverage we paid for). So we paid for a company to replace an entire system out of pocket for our bedroom and requested an upgrade of our coverage to the highest level in case of future issues. Little did we know that was such a waste of money and their trap for us to pay higher coverage for nothing. Coincidently our third AC had a burned motor right after we upgraded our warranty coverage and needs replacement. Omar once again denied the coverage and claimed we had existing problem before upgraded the coverage. After jerking us around with all sorts of delay tactics he has not sent anyone to fix the first AC and now he just canceled the technician (their vendor) who's come out twice to do evaluation and has been in discussions with him and us for a month and reassigned us to a new vendor to start the evaluation process all over again, even though Omar already approved our main floor AC full replacement days ago after multiple technicians have evaluated the system and confirmed it's beyond repair. Per the previous technician who has worked with this company for years this is how 2-10 screws their customers to avoid paying for coverage. Be aware! They care nothing about their customers. You will be screwed when you need coverage.

Tip for consumers:
Look at consumer affairs and BBB reviews you will see tons of complaints from people who got screwed by them. Don't become a victim of this shady business.

I love the Dyson vacuum product so I gave it a try to order a Dyson hair product on their website. Bad idea. Upon receiving it I found out it does not work for my short hair at all so I immediately requested a return. It took so long to get the return shipping label by email. The shipping label also acted so weird when I tried to print it. It printed backward. It never happened with my Amazon or other website purchase like this. I ended up doing a screenshot to print the label in order to make it work. After they received my return item it is taking now forever to receive my refund. Will never buy another product on Dyson website again.

Tip for consumers:
Buy Dyson from other retail stores if you like their products. Don't buy from their website directly.

Poor quality expensive products, terrible return policy. You have to pay expensive international shipping to return items to China or they will only give you 10% refund or 20% coupon to use for buying other things which is nothing for the high price they charge for the products. I will never buy from them again. When they first started the pricing was good and quality of products were much better. Now you pay high price for bad products.

Tip for consumers:
Be aware of the inaccurate measurement and really bad return policy.
