Item ordered on Sept 18, was supposed to be shipped by Sept 25 and delivered by October 2. I paid $50 to ship a $100 item to ensure it would arrive by October 2. I called today and spoke with the most useless customer service rep. He put me on hold 5 times he had no idea even what shipping company they were using. Come to find out it the item is being shipped to New Jersey for October 1 and then they have no idea what date it is actually going to get to me (in western Canada). All he could say is that it might get to me by October 2. I had to explain to him several times there was no way an item would get from the eastern United States to Western Canada in one day. They would not allow me to cancel the order. Now I am left with a late wedding gift. Which they have no idea when that will arrive. The entire order was supposed to be delivered to me at my house by October 2 instead they shipped it to NJ for October 1. VERY bad customer service. Avoid using this company
