Firstly, I would like to remember that you have purchased the study on February 2018, choosing to pay full amount, in 3 monthly installments(thus, nothing was debited without your consent!).
Secondly, the "Unsubscription" only concerns the removal of your email address from the mailing list and it isn't related in any way to any outstanding due payment(s). However, upon request, it can be also cancelled.
Finally, I would like to inform that the refund is already in processing and within 7 working days, the amounts will be available again in your card.
