I have been a loyal shopper for years- no more! I ordered in 4/9 was supposed to arrive in 7-12 business days. It is now 4/27 - no shipment. I started with the site - it said processed but not shipped- started calling last weekend - took three tries waiting 45 min or more to get someone to answer - they told me to be patient - argh - then again this past weekend when I hung up after an hr on hold - whatever they send is going back! Such a shame but now I understand why they had to file for bankruptcy. Stay away from them -it will make you crazy!
Tip for consumers:
You may be able to use fullbeauty.com - not sure but DO NOT go to the Catherine’s site - they don’t ship on time then you can’t get them in the phone - save yourself the grief!
