After extensive research on who we wanted to work with to set up our fairly extensive home gym, we determined that Fitness Gallery in Park Meadows was going to earn our business. Long story short, when we first went there in September 2020, we were impressed with our salesperson, Kyle, and how he worked with us in purchasing all of our various equipment. His follow-up immediately afterwards was also reassuring to us that they valued us as customers. Upon his request to leave a good review, I let him know I would be happy to, but due to COVID, I understood there was going to be a delay in receiving a few items, so I would leave a review when we received everything we ordered.

After over 7 months and dozens of frustrating emails and calls back and forth, first attempting to schedule delivery (and repair of an item that broke within the first several weeks) and then to get the remaining items we ordered, we finally gave up and in April 2021, we asked for a refund on the last remaining items not yet delivered. While Kyle did make some attempt over 7 months' time to get his colleagues to respond to us, to get us our remaining equipment, etc., at the end of the day, Fitness Gallery as a whole was frustrating, disorganized, and unable to convince us that they valued our nearly $20,000 worth of business (so I can only imagine how much less value they would give to people who spend a fraction of that).

While I fully understand that COVID made everything more difficult, the lack of information and professionalism on part of Fitness Gallery as a whole is extremely disappointing. We never heard from a manager to try to "smooth things over", we were never offered any kind of discount or other incentive to show us that even though COVID/manufacturing issues may have been out of their control, they still valued our business enough to offer something that could have been within their control.

Needless to say, we will be working with a different company now to purchase the remaining items we never received, as well as to purchase additional equipment in the future.
