I am a student of interaction design. In one of the semesters our courses got replaced by the administrations asaid thet the folks should have a better understanding of programming as well. Though I had a CS background but the very reason I shfted towards design was that i did not and could not grasp well at programming. Now it was a non elective mandatoroy course at our uni. I had to do something so i reached our for help and there it is! I got an A. I could not believe my eyes when i saw that. But the journey was tougha nd worth it!
