Moreover, how it sources information is quite a question mark. I personally have to wonder if WebRoot is using their software as a source leading to some real questions of ethics regarding conflict of interest. Does WebRoot report their customers as being a threat to BrightCloud... in other words screwing over the people who have paid them money to "protect" them. Or does WebRoot not report their customers as being a threat to BrightCloud... in other words failing the BrightCloud users.
