When first ordering at 10:30 a.m. 4-11-14, I was charged in triplicate for total of $877 ($259.00 X 3). I submitted a request for cancellation of two of their charges since their software malfunctioned and charged me 3 times for 1 purchase. No response. There is only 1 way to contact them, that is through their 'chat' system, which is never online. So basically emailing them and waiting until they decide to check their email (since I found it they are in CHINA).

Their refund policy states 100% if cancelled within the first 24 hours since payment confirmation. I initiated my first cancellation request at 4 hours post order.

I asked repeatedly for a refund and cancellation of my dress within 4 hours of ordering up to 23 hours of ordering. Within this time frame, I got 3 replies from random people telling me to contact the owner of the store. (I had been contacting the owner the only route which is through the offline chat system and through their 'request' form system which is only accessible through your 'confirmation email'.

Then 47 hours (9:30 a.m. 4-13-14) after I initially ordered, I got the request from the 'owner' that told me that I would only get 50% back since it had been more than 24 hours since I initially ordered.

So it took the owner 47 hours from my initial order and the triple payment was taken within a few seconds of initial order yet cancellation took the owner 44 hours and 9 emails/requests to process and reply to me thus costing me 50% (and 20% international charges will be taken as well) AND I still have not received a reply about the triple charges being refunded?

So I might be charged for $$498.50 (50% of the triple charge plus $60.00 international fee) for the owner replying back to me 47 hours after my initial order and 44 hours post request for cancellation.
