I have been going back and forth with Gilduardo G regarding the difference in the 3 different December 8 statements. Each statement I have reflects different versions of credits on the bill and the posting of the ACP payment. I questioned every contradictory and/or explanation about my payments, credits provided by Comcast Agent and Supervisor and the posting of ACP. Since I am a Senior Citizen and Black customer that do not fall in line with questioning his authority over my account, it's taken personally. He says since you've contacted FCC you'll need to accept my resolution are services will be interrupted. So his creative accounting will result in the interruption of services and I'll have no choice but to pay the bill as he's altered the bill. In addition, the ACP payment was removed which makes his accounting more plausible. This has been Comcast/XFINITY practice since program started. They do not want the credit to subtract from the full amount of services. I requested a 6 months accounting that includes all credits, payments along with ACP payments each by dates he refused. I asked to speak to someone over him and was told he was it that can make any decision he sees fit on my account. He refused. I asked for another Escalation Representative to review my account he condescendingly refused.

I've had over 29 loans with a excellent pay history. I've had 2 bouts with Covid now covid related illnesses that is affecting affecting my pay. I knew my savings would be depleted by October 2022 so I started requesting assistance in June 2022. I went through 4 different representative of their Global partners (Huge Language Barrier). On 2 occasions I asked to speak to a supervisor and was sent the Covid Assistance Form. In addition, Affirm would have me screenshot the error message received after the assistance completion. If Affirm had approved the Covid Financial Assistance Form, everything would've been on track without causing negative credit reporting issues. However, it was intentionally blocked over 29 times to process the forms. Due to the date of my deposited funds, it would always be 5 - 10 days after due date. When I filed with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, their response stated they call me before placing derogatory items (Past Due Payments) on my credit report. From different phone numbers they would wait for you answer the phone then hang up. It's one of their tactics to make the customer call even though they've spoken to one of representative's 1 - 2 hours ago. Then told them they could not remove accurate information and would not remove it. User's recommendation: Use Klarna and/or Afterpay Instead Affirm

Your contractor Precision is scamming and misleading OneGuard to cover their lie to get more money from you. Per our conversation, you stated Precision said when they place a seal wax and it fell through. Ask yourself, why did it fall through? The picture I took of the seal isn't a 2 1/4 seal but a smaller wax seal. Of course, it will fall through which is their intent.
The initial service request with IGD Plumbing stated the flange needed to be replaced because it was worn. There reasoning for getting more money from One Guard was to tell me OneGuard will not pay for it. Then proceeded to get authorization to replace a wax seal. However, while he was getting authorization, I checked with OneGuard about flange coverage. I conveyed to him the flange is covered and he wasn't very happy with me. However, No mention of broken pipe. IGD came out several times without any resolution.
What is baffling to me? OneGuard continue to have contractors like Precision and IGD go into customers homes. Customers feels like Home Warranty is for their peace of mind. We really need to research the Home Warranty then check for violations with TDLR, Reviews and Complaints. I researched IGD and Precision after the fact in which I found numerous Red Flags. I could've save myself a lot stress, wasted time and had the repairs done by a reputable company. As you can see below, there aren't any broken or crushed pipes. However, the worn flange should be replaced and wax seal.

In May 2018, This company installed an exhaust fan with electrical outlet. The electrical outlet started making noise like it was shorting out but now there is sparks from the outlet. I called Gilbert over 8 times in the past 6 months and each time he says the's in a meeting. On May 23,2019, I called Gilbert left voicemail then texted him and he was in a meeting again. 1st Capital is using delay tactics so the warranty would expire and so it has expired. It does not negate the fact that the company did not pull a city permit that is required and their work would be cause of a fire in my home. This company took short cuts in my repairs and installation which is dangerous to the owner's home. The exhaust the fan rattles from the roof to the attic and it has rained on the insulation with a mildew smell throughout the house. Therefore, the wet insulation can cause health issue and the outlet can set my home on fire.

They were late to starting the project unprofessional and the install was messy. The exhaust fan part that goes through the roof, wasn't sealed therefore my insulation in the attic is drench. I have a mildew smell that will develop in fungus which isn't healthy. The electrical switch for the exhaust fan sounds like it is shorting out and now spark that could cause a fire. Since October 2018 until today, no one have return my calls and Gilbert will send a text stating he is in a meeting. These are all delay tactics for the warranty to expire and it has. I called the City of Houston to see when an inspector can come out to check if work is up to code. What is really scary, this company did not pull a permit which required.

On 07/25/2018, I purchased a Lace Front Wig from Bethel Wigs (9121 Stella Link, Ste. B) (Kim) but was defective. When I went in to see the wig, Kim had cut bangs on it to hide the damages and washed it to appear clean/new. Kim did not disclose how long she'd had the wig but I took her at her word it was a new wig. The following day the hair in the wig started coming out by the handful so I took the wig off to return it by giving it to her brother. I called Kim when leaving her shop to tell her how bad the wig was shedding. All she wanted to about was the BBB complaint my daughter completed therefore she would not talk about the issue. Now she have both the defective wig and my $866.00. I told she should fully disclosed she had the wig for 2 years and some of the hair was falling out of it. This would have me an opportunity to make informed decision. Below is the Wig purchased from Bethel Wigs (Kim) after a week.

I received an email stating I no longer have the option to select redemption options. Such as: a credit on policy, mail a check or to apply to Allstate Rewards option. They will only allow credit on Auto Policy which defeats the purpose of having the rewards program. I can pay my own Auto Insurance.

Tip for consumers:
Read Allstate fine print for the Rewards Program.
