I shopped everywhere for auralex foam to sound proof my studio and no matter where you go the stuff is more expensive than you would think as all you are buying is foam. Audiomidi had it as cheap as anyone and they were great about shipping a ton of it to me. The foam was easy to install and does a good job of letting me record without distraction from the outside world.
