Ordered duvet set which was to deliver in 2 weeks. It is now over 4 weeks late and nobody can tell me where it is or what is being done. One of the items on that order I had to cancel, so they issued a store credit. I used that credit on a sheet set, and now that order is two weeks late and nobody can tell me anything. I've tried several times by phone and email, and all I get is apologies and empty promises to check and get back to me asap. 7 days now since the last apology and empty promise by email. Having to dispute the charges now with my credit card.
