Not going to knock the software - it's probably the best I've seen on the market to date. However, they often (and often meaning every other week or so) have bugs and issues that don't allow the software to work as intentioned. As soon as that happens you're pretty much on your own with no responses from the support team.

It's extremely frustrating as within a month I've spent over $120 on the platform and can't seem to get a single reply from a support staff. I'm continuing to be getting charged, but am not able to use my account because I need them to update an account. Yet, no responses, and I can't make any updates, so am just sitting here losing money.

Anyway, if you're a lucky duck and don't end up running into any issues, totally worth it. Would absolutely be 5 stars if the customer support would be improved.
