I ordered a hoodie for a Christmas gift on December 2,2018. Its now 12-29-18 and I still have not received this item. There is no phone number to reach anyone, only an email. Needless to day, I have sent numerous emails. I have even threatened a lawsuit, but I cannot get a response from anyone. I am in the process of checking with our banks fraud department to see it we can get our money back somehow...(we used a debit card). This makes me so mad! This company either needs to refund my money or send me my hoodie ASAP! I have a feeling that this will not end well and I will have lost 56.00!
