This company for one seem suspicious but I tried to help any business if possible. When I called about an item that was ordered 3 ago the response was " oh, your item will arrive late but there's a delay and pushed further back even more." I ask for the state the business was located and "jam" says he can't tell me due to company policy. I asked for a supervisor and he says they are all on vacation. I asked for a refund and he hung up on me.
