Ordered a microwave from build.com and the microwave we received was NOT what we got. Called the same day we got the order and asked for a return label. Two weeks and multiple calls later, they finally emailed me a return label. Then another two weeks to get a refund issued back to my credit card, and that is after I called asking about my refund! (And today is 9-17-18 and I still have not got my refund back on my card!)
I will not be ordering from this company again and I will not refer them to anyone else!

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the delay. Some vendors can take some time to have returns approved and the typically time frame on refunds is 5-10 business days.
