Ordered a microwave from build.com and the microwave we received was NOT what we got. Called the same day we got the order and asked for a return label. Two weeks and multiple calls later, they finally emailed me a return label. Then another two weeks to get a refund issued back to my credit card, and that is after I called asking about my refund! (And today is 9-17-18 and I still have not got my refund back on my card!)
I will not be ordering from this company again and I will not refer them to anyone else!
