I wish I would've read all these very true reviews before I purchase a $500 vanity. The reviews are very accurate as I'm going through the exact same issues with the returns, it's like they know exactly what they're doing sending you damage furniture and not responding to your emails. You cannot get anyone on the phone, I spoke to a representative in a different department he told me the best he can do was flag my email. I contacted cymax Two hours after my shipment arrived The box was damaged the packaging was poor and the vanity was broken. It has been a week no response. On my 3rd time contacting them I felt in my gut that something was wrong and decided to look up the reviews and boy was I right they are thieves! Stay away never will I ever purchased from them again and I will tell anybody who will listen
