I have not received anything yet so cannot review it all, but I am disappointed in the deception of the company when signing up. When purchasing it states ESA approved can get your animal to fly for free and then afterwards it wants you to purchase an additional training package because ESA is no longer approved for free flying with airlines. Be upfront and clear in what your coverage covers…don't make people pay more and more because you've tricked them into it. Also, your prices for harness, and tag and cards are outrageous.
